Coaxial Cable

Coaxial Cable

AMBY VELLY  co-axial cables are widely used today for high-tech Multi Channel of T.V. Network in high rise buildings, offices, hotels, hospitals and multistoried residential complexes etc. has gained confidence among users by delivering quality transmission of True Picture & Sound quality.

AMBY VELLY  CO-AXIAL CABLES are made of high conductivity electrolytic grade Annealed Bare solid Copper conductor with special grade polyethylene/gas injected physical foam based, di electric bonded Al. Mylar tape screening in combination with Annealed Tinned Copper shielding ensures low losses in signal transmission quality. This double screening provides better attenuation values and low dB losses. After screening the outer jacket extruded with special grade PVC which is U.V. and abrasion resistant. Excellent adhesion of insulation to conductor, as well bonded Al. Mylar does not allow the moisture to enter the cable. This make is ideal for use in tropical condition.

Coaxial Cable Manufacturers in India

Coaxial cables are more likely copper cables but have different designs and parameters as per the application. The requirement of these cables is for cable television and networking industries.

We at Ranisati Industries are reputed suppliers and producers and supply a variety of wires and cables, consisting of power cables, networking cables, ‘Coaxial Cables in India‘ etc. Our leading products are appropriate for diverse applications – power plants, refineries, automation, construction, chemical plants, cable trays, automobiles, etc.

Ranisati Industries – Coaxial Cable Manufacturer in India, uses a top-class raw material to manufacture these wires. Being a reputed and top company in the list of Coaxial Cable Manufacturers in India, we provide a high-quality product to our customers by using sophisticated equipment and advanced technology.

What are coaxial cables?

Coaxial cables are those that have a centre wire which is PVC insulated from surroundings and then braided wires. By the way, this cable is needed where the radio frequency wave has to flow or transmit the signal. These cables are allowed to transmit the signal at a high transfer rate to multiple channels at a time. These cables come in multiple colour ranges. Along with having a variety of colours like these coaxial cables, they are also available in different sizes according to the use. Because they also have a signal transmitting capability which depends on the diameter of the copper conductor.

On the contrary, there are other types of them which are used in networking for receiving signals. Coax cables are transmission wires that pass electric signals between systems or components.

What are the various types of Coaxial Cable?

There are primary two types of cable one is with 75ohm impedance and another is with 50ohms impedance. These two categories refer to video signals and wireless communications respectively. That is why these cables come with a code like – RG-59, RG-6, RG-11, etc.

The other name of these cables are given below by their manufacturing process:-

  • Hardline Coaxial Cable
  • Flexible Coaxial Cable
  • Semi-Rigid Coaxial Cable
  • Formable Coaxial Cable
  • Twinaxial Cable
  • Triaxial Cable and wires
  • Rigid Coaxial Cables

Advantages and Disadvantages of the Coaxial Cables

Ranisati industries – Coaxial cable manufacturer in India is manufacturing and supplying a series of coaxial cables. We style these cablesintending to adhere to the market-specified standards of top quality. Our coaxial cables are available at a very economical price range.

  • These cables are designed and manufactured for supporting high bandwidth.
  • Moreover, these cables are very easy to install
  • Braided wire insulation and PVC insulation prevent cross-talk or electromagnetic interface.
  • These cables can be used for transmitting the signal to multiple channels at a single type

On the contrary, the disadvantages of these cables are:-

  • These cables are expensive concerning other cables
  • Multiple layers make them very heavy in weight
  • Very high chance that if hackers make a T-joint in the cable it will compromise your security
